This process it will ultimately always strive to achieve and maintain optimal health, looking to harmonise our relationship with our immediate and wider environment.
The natural mechanisms we are embracing are continually at work, every waking and resting moment. However, the potential and rate at which the mechanisms are at work will depend on our levels of physical and mental activity and emotional stresses we are exposed to.
