Over the years, I have experimented with a number of approaches, from mixed diet to vegetarian, vegan, fruitarian, juicing and fasting, paleo and macrobiotic to gluten and dairy free, specific carbohydrate diet, raw diet, blood-type diet, no diet. This was never done for weight loss purposes but purely to improve my digestive and general health. After years of research and personal experience, as well as living in different cultures in Europe, Asia and Australia, I will share with you my take on it.
I will also introduce some fresh and surprisingly liberating ideas on general nutrition, what constitutes a natural and balanced diet, as well as what, when and how much to eat. What you will hear is very different from the kind of information coming from a large number of sources advocating the “modern science” of healthy eating.
